NITE firmly sustains that this programme will provide learners with competitive job opportunities provided that the offered courses concentrate on contemporary canonical texts, both written in and translated into English. These texts will allow students to re-examine and analyse literary manuscripts, locations, agencies, productions, and the history of the texts; reception in a comparative and contextual manner. The syllabus endeavours to provide students with an overview of the breadth and diversity of English literature in all of its genres, following a consecutive progression from literatures around the world, research understanding, professional communications, English teaching methodologies, and cultural studies. In addition to the concentration on literature, the pedagogical framework relies on an outcome-based structure, learner-centered instructions, research-informed training, and introspective teaching techniques providing a career orientation to the syllabus.
