Objective and Philosophy
The MBA program at the NITE will expose students to the rigorous curriculum of an American business school, and at the same time help develop a deep understanding of the complex Bangladeshi economic and political system. It is a program that combines the American drive for efficiency and the Bangladeshi obsession with fairness and equity. In addition, the program will provide the international perspective required of every successful manager in this age of increased global competition.

The mission of the MBA program is to graduate competent entrepreneurial managers, responsible business professionals, skilled leaders, team players, and ethical decision-makers. Our program is committed to providing the highest quality of business education enhanced by faith and values. The MBA program of NITE is accessible or open, so students can work full-time and attend courses only on weekends and one night a week. Classes are taught by both full and part-time faculty who are highly credentialed, experts in their field of study, and engaged in the community. Program Learning Outcomes
Program under the Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship at NITE offers the world's best-known and most widely recognized MBA degree in the field of Business for the students willing to serve in different organizations at executive, managerial, and administrative positions. MBA is one of the most sought programs after graduation in the world because of its value to people in business and administration. The goal of the program is to produce quality graduates who are competent enough to meet the contemporary and emerging needs of society and business enterprises and provide the notion with knowledgeable and skilled managers who are able to meet the changing needs of the business environment today and the days to come. The MBA program of NITE involves rigorous teaching, field-works, assessment, reports, presentations, and term projects, all of which give students the necessary abilities to handle real-life business situations. This helps set them ever those who do not have such expertise and can make them leaders in their chosen fields
Program Structure
A total of 63 credit hours is required to obtain an MBA degree at NITE.
** Students who have completed undergrad from a BUSINESS (Hons.) background will need to complete 45 credits and 64-69 credits for students of NON-BUSINESS background.

Application Requirement
Before being formally admitted into the MBA program, a student must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

Minimum CGPA 2.00 in an undergraduate degree.

The student must meet the admission requirements for the undergraduate programs of the School of Business Administration.

Proficiency may be demonstrated either by completing undergraduate courses in relevant areas or by taking a formal test offered by the School of Business Administration. The program director will evaluate each application and recommend the appropriate course of action. The School will offer prerequisite classes on a regular basis.
