Objective and Philosophy
The CSE Program of NITE offers standard curricula that cover contemporary areas of computational science as well as the areas that have traditionally formed the core of the discipline. The degree is intended to prepare students for successful careers in a global economy. This is achieved by providing students with sound domain knowledge, in-depth research understanding, inculcating leadership attributes, and developing soft skills and experiences needed to meet the challenges and opportunities of a global market characterized by complexity, uncertainty, and diversity. Specifically, the CSE Program strives to achieve the following learning outcome:
Domain Knowledge: The Program is designed to provide the fundamental concepts and theory of computational science practices and specialized study in the specific discipline.
Research Understanding: The Program will train students with the basics of social and business research and relevant competencies.
Critical Thinking Ability: The Program is designed to inculcate critical thinking ability to analyze information and to devise managerial strategies.
Leadership Skills: The Program is intended to explore the ever-changing art of leadership through innovation, sustainability, social & cultural changes, and globalization.
Global Citizenship: The Program is designed to make the graduates global citizens with awareness and commitment to social justice and sustainability.

Application Requirement
- S.S.C & H.S.C/equivalent Public Examination with a total GPA of 5.00 or above with at least 2.50 in each examination.
- S.S.C & H.S.C/equivalent Public Examination with a total GPA of 6.00 or above, if the GPA in any of the examinations is less than 2.50 but not less than 2.00
- Must have Mathematics and Physics with no less than grade 'C'

5 subjects in O-Level and 2 subjects in A-Level with a total minimum of 26.5 points.

Students who have passed GCE A-Level or the American High School Examination or the International Baccalaureate Examinations are also eligible for admission. The University may take other systems into consideration.
